Can I change my mind shortly after placing the order?
If you’ve changed your mind within 48 hours of placing your order and it has not been dispatched for delivery, please get in touch and we can issue out a refund.

Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the work being limited editions and once sold it is made unavailable to potential customers when it is launched, I don’t currently offer refunds or returns but please contact hi@farai-studio.co.uk for support.
If there is an issue with the product when it is delivered for example it arrives damaged due to transit, please do get in touch as I offer an after-care service to help repair pieces.
