Artist, FARAI (fa-rra-e)

Zimbabwean born artist Farai started her journey in August 2021 following an art workshop during a trip to Australia which fuelled her to develop as a self-taught artist during lockdown. 

Now based in South London where Farai Studio started in her bedroom, Farai is passionate about creating accessible and unique contemporary artworks using different mediums including acrylic paint, recycled glass, resin, paste, alcohol ink ( and once in a while dabbles with oil paints). 

The inspiration behind her works include influences from her Christian faith, trips abroad and as an outlet of feelings that may often go untold. 

Community is everything at Farai Studio and you are given a full view of the creative process whether you are a follower, client or collector.
