I like to make sure each piece is absolutely perfect. This means orders can take up to 6 weeks to get to you as I am a self-confessed perfectionist and check each piece before it goes out to you. I promise to keep you updated the whole time so you know when to expect it.

Every piece we send off is wrapped in bubble wrap for extra protection and comes in a box. This includes any necessary customs documents, (including your Certificate of Authenticity for all wall art)

Please remember to take extra care when opening the packaging and unwrapping your pieces.

Shipping costs are calculated at check out depending on your location. Currently we are working on expanding our network to offer worldwide shipping but please get in touch if you are out of the UK.

Please note that you (customer) will be responsible for any customs charges.

If your package destination is not an option at checkout, please email hi@farai-studio.co.uk and I’ll contact our courier directly to get a delivery quote.

Every shipment to collectors is fully insured from the moment it leaves the studio to the moment it arrives to your door. It is insured for the value of the artwork.

Usually Royal Mail, TNT, DPD or Fed-ex to make sure your piece arrives in perfect condition.

Once dispatched you will receive an email update with the tracking number to keep an eye on your parcel.
